One-on-One Retreat Planning & Coaching

Plan your own retreat with an experienced retreat planner beside you for an entire year.

This option is for retreat leaders who want to remain hands-on with their retreat, but don’t want to figure everything out through trial and error. For one full year, you’ll have direct access to personalized guidance as you move from the first idea through planning, launch, enrollment and final preparations.

Together, we can work through:

Destination and venue selection, including what to ask, review and negotiate
Budgeting, participant pricing and profitability
Retreat concept, itinerary and guest experience
Registration, payments and participant communication systems
Contracts, terms, policies and important planning considerations
Marketing strategy, messaging and enrollment
