About This Retreat

I know how easy it is to live in one gear: getting things done, showing up for everyone, and moving quickly to whatever comes next. But I don’t think we come alive through effort alone. We need beauty that interrupts us, movement that brings us back into our bodies, laughter that lowers our guard, and enough time to notice the life we are living. That’s what this retreat is about.

You’re invited to join myself, Erin Wimert on the island of Amorgos, Greece, September 4–11, 2027, for Between Sea & Sky: Into Your Element, a retreat created to make room for more of what makes you feel alive. Through yoga, breathwork, island adventures, and the easy connection that forms when good people experience something extraordinary together, you’ll explore the balance between reaching and releasing, doing and simply being. This all-levels retreat offers a week of depth without heaviness, adventure without pressure, and the freedom to show up exactly as you are.

Amorgos rises dramatically from the Aegean, a landscape of sun-warmed paths, whitewashed villages, rugged mountains, and blue water stretching in every direction. Mornings begin with movement above the sea, followed by days that might carry you along an ancient trail, across the water by boat, or around a table tasting Greek food and wine. Breathwork and slower practices offer a chance to turn inward, while shared adventures invite curiosity, courage, and plenty of laughter. There is depth here, but no pressure to make every moment profound. Sometimes meaning arrives in stillness. Sometimes it appears halfway up a mountain, during a long dinner, or in the moment strangers begin to feel like old friends. Between effort and ease, solitude and good company, you’ll have room to follow your own rhythm and rediscover what puts you in your element.

Erin Wimert

Erin Wimert has been teaching yoga and fitness in Denver and San Francisco for 17 years. Specializing in Vinyasa (from beginners to advanced), Yin, and Yoga Nidra, she creates fun, creative, and accessible practices that allow students to move safely and freely at their own pace. Her teaching is grounded in presence and serves as a form of creative expression, where sequences, language, and music come together in a symphony of real-time creation.

Erin’s detailed alignment cues foster both safety and exploration, drawing from her extensive training with master teachers such as Annie Carpenter, Rod Stryker, Amy Ippoliti, and Jason Crandell. Her approach is designed to help students connect more deeply with their bodies, hearts, and minds while enhancing both physical and mental well-being.

Due to the financial responsibility of Panacea Retreats for booking and holding the retreat property, all payments are non-refundable. Fly into Santorini International Airport (JTR) by 9/3/27. Instructions will be sent prior to trip regarding hotel/transportation to port/ferry for 9/4/27.

A visa is not required for US citizens with blue tourist passports.
Currently, there are no COVID requirements to enter Greece or the United States (for US citizens)
